Crew Supervisor in Field

🧩 About the Role We are looking for an experienced and responsible Crew Supervisor to oversee field operations and lead on-site teams. The ideal candidate will ensure that all activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company and client standards. 🚀 Key Responsibilities * Supervise and coordinate daily field operations and crew activities * Ensure all work is carried out according to safety procedures and HSE standards * Lead, guide, and support field personnel to achieve operational targets * Monitor job progress and report performance to management * Ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment and tools * Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with company policies * Communicate effectively with clients, engineers, and internal teams * Identify and resolve operational issues in the field * Prepare daily reports and documentation 🧠 Required Skills & Qualifications * Proven experience as a Crew Supervisor or similar field role * Strong leadership and team management skills * Good understanding of field operations (oil & gas / industrial / construction preferred) * Knowledge of HSE regulations and safety practices * Ability to work under pressure and in remote environments * Strong communication and organizational skills * Problem-solving and decision-making abilities ⭐ Nice to Have (Bonus Skills) * Technical background or certification in a related field * Experience in oil & gas operations * HSE certification (NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent) * Experience with reporting tools and field management systems * Basic computer skills (MS Office, reporting tools) 🎯 What We Offer * Competitive salary * Opportunity to work on large-scale field projects * Supportive and professional work environment * Career growth and development opportunities * Accommodation / rotation (if applicable)
